Basic Doula Services Package
Birth Support Only
Labor support is valuable whether this is your first or second (or more) births. This package is for the mama that is confident and prepared in childbirth education and knows what comfort measures work for her. If you simply want labor support and nothing more, this is the package for you. You will receive support in labor through birth and immediate postpartum.
- Initial consultation
- On call from 37 weeks until baby is born
- Continuous labor and birht support from the moment you call me

Enhanced Doula Services Package
- Two prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools for labor and birth
- Assistance in defining and clarifying your birth preference and explain what options are available to you so you can create a birht plan that reflects your needs and circumstances
- Access to lending library of books and videos of pregnancy, birth, and baby care to support your learning
- Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of the labor and birth to help achieve the vision you have for your baby’s birth
- Initial breast feeding support immediately after birth to help your baby lach on properly and encourage establishment of breastfeeding
- Unlimited phone, text, and email support to answer your questions and offer sugestions and support throughout the pregnancy
- On call from 37 week until the baby is born
- 2 in home lactation consulting visits with assessments to assist with latch, hold of baby, pumping assistance, hunger cues, and more. One initial asssessment and one follow up assessment if needed.

Payment Terms
- Upon signing the services agreement, a non-refundable deposit in the amoung of 50% of your services package fee.
- The remaining 50% balance of the service package fee is due by the 36th week of pregancy.
- Cash, check, or electronic payment through Venmo is accepted.
Here is now the process works!
We will meet and spend about an hour getting to know each other and have the opportunity to discuss your birthing goals and how I may hep you achieve them.
You get 2! These are private, in your home visits where we will discuss your birth goals, wishes and desires in detail. We will discuss comfort measures you prefer and answer any questions and handle any concerns you may have.
I will meet you at your home for support in the beginning of your labor and offer assistance in gauging when to go to your desired birth place. I will be with you for continuous support and comfort throughout your labor and birth.
I will remain with you for 1 to 2 hours postpartum to assist you with initial breastfeeding and infant care.

Importance of Exercise
Birth is truly an athletic event. You will use many muscles you may never have used or even known you had. You will be taught in class the specific pregnancy exercises you will need to know and practice to have the stamina, tone and strength to labor and give birth
